How your details are handled.

Who is responsible
Irene Zenoni is the data controller for this website. For any question about your details, write to studio@irenezenoni.com.
What is collected
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your message, and — where relevant — the work you are enquiring about. Nothing else is gathered. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not track visitors.
Why
To read your message and reply to it. That is the only purpose. Your details are never used for marketing unless you have asked to join the studio list, and never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you tick the box on the contact form, and the legitimate interest of responding to an enquiry you have chosen to send.
Who else sees it
Two services are involved in delivering your message:
- Formspree processes the form submission and forwards it by email. See their privacy policy.
- Zoho Mail hosts the studio mailbox, on servers within the European Union. See their privacy policy.
The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data as part of serving the pages.
How long
Correspondence is kept as long as it remains useful — an enquiry about a work may matter years later. If you would rather it were deleted, ask and it will be.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask to see the details held about you, correct them, have them deleted, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to studio@irenezenoni.com and it will be handled. You also have the right to complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the Italian supervisory authority.
